Lindsay
Office and Surgical Center Manager
Lindsay is the person who makes it all happen. She is responsible for the daily office coordination. She is also an established patient care coordinator who counsels patients on their desires and needs, as wells their post-operative recovery. Additionally, she is responsible for the daily operation and management of the surgical center. She is originally from California, and currently lives in Lehi with her husband and two active little girls. She enjoys skiing and all outdoor activities with her family.
Sheryl
Patient Care and Billing Coordinator
Sheryl is the patient care coordinator in the office. She is responsible for all surgery scheduling and oversees a complex operation of follow-ups and patient inquires, as well as patient billing. Compassionate, attentive, and well informed she provides facts and brings comfort to all patients who seek her advice. She was born and raised in Utah, and loves spending time with her three kids, hiking, and gardening.
Fawna
Receptionist
Fawna is the receptionist for Dr. Jones and the first smiling face that greets you when coming into our office. She is responsible for checking in patients, answering questions, and the grueling task of organizing Dr. Jones' schedule. She was born in Utah, but has traveled all over the world with young ambassadors. She enjoys performing in community theater. She currently resides in Orem with her husband (Dr. Jones) and their three children.
Jen
Master Esthetician/Massage Therapist
Jen is an experienced Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician and has worked for the last several years at Sundance Resort's Spa. Jen is soft spoken, kind, and very knowledgeable about massage therapy and treating a variety different skin types. Her spa treatments will engulf our clients in a world of relaxation.
Whitney
Med Spa Manager
Whitney is not only the Cascade Medical Spa Manager, she is also a licensed Master Esthetician and Make-up Artist. With her seven years of experience in skin care business and extensive experience in running her own business, she is a valuable asset to our medical spa. Whitney loves to make people look and feel beautiful, her passion is finding the beauty in everyone! Her vast knowledge of skin care and skin treatments adds a high dimension to our med spa division. Whitney keeps updated on all of the newest technologies, products, and techniques as they come out and implements them in her skin care practice. In her free time, she enjoys photography, fashion, traveling, camping, hiking, exploring new cities, skiing and playing with her daughter.
LaRae
Master Esthetician
LaRae joins Vivace with over 25 years of experience in the field of skin care. She is an expert facial technician and is brings a wealth of knowledge to our skin care division. Her spa treatments will engulf our clients in a world of relaxation and her knowledge of our skin care line adds to the complete skin care journey of our clients. LaRae also shares her knowledge with other aspiring Estheticians as an instructor at a local academy. She currently lives in Orem and enjoys spending time with her kids, grandkids, and reading.
Monica
Surgical Technician
Monica joins us after working in a variety of surgical specialties. She is a fun and professional person who is a Certified Surgical Technician. Her "eye for detail" and her broad knowledge of the latest state of the art plastic surgery procedures is a complement to our team of operating room personnel. She lives with her husband and three children in Payson. In her free time she enjoys attending her children's sporting events, water skiing, and camping.
